The Bengals are in the Wild Card Round of the NFL Playoffs and will play the Las Vegas Raider Saturday at 4:30 p.m.

January is "Ohio Blood Donor Awareness Month" and it comes with the regional blood supply still burdened by the COVID-19 pandemic.  CBC's message is, "We're counting on you in 2022."

Communities nationwide are facing blood shortages. Collecting enough type O blood to meet demand has been a persistent challenge for CBC throughout the pandemic and especially during the holiday period.

CBC is urging eligible community members to donate at least twice in 2022 and asking type O, A-negative and B-negative donors to consider making an automated double red cell donation.

Many businesses and organizations are not hosting blood drives as many employees continue to work from home. CBC encourages remote workers to find a local blood drive and donate.

Help saves lives by donating this January and make it a habit in 2022.  Find out where to donate at or call (937) 461-3220 to learn more on how you can help.
